THE TESTIMONY OF VASYL My father was ill with pancreatic cancer; the hospital had discharged him to die at home. The hospital physician said that the metastases have metastasized (spread) throughout his body and he could only live a few days. At that time he only weighed about thirty kilograms (sixty-six pounds)... GOD'S HEALING FROM STOMACH CANCER In September 2012, a woman from Ivano-Frankivsk appealed to our church. She passed a request of her acquaintance that Ivan, her husband, was in hospital with stomach cancer. A surgery to remove the part of his stomach was performed on him before and now the surgery was needed again. But Ivan refused the surgery and said, “If God doesn’t help me, then the doctors will not help.” So he and his wife decided to join Sunday prayers of the Kovel Church and asked the church to pray for Ivan’s healing from cancer... GOD’S HEALINGS FROM CANCER AND BLEEDING In autumn 2006 I visited my acquaintance Nina. She was a bedridden sick. Nina was in despair and said to me that she had bleeding. Also she told me about how she was treated by local doctors and in the regional center, but her health worsened even more. By that time, she was already taking hormonal medications. She did not go to work for three months. In order not to lose her job, she used all vacations and she was already thinking about quitting the job. She didn’t know what to do next and did not see way out... |
